aoa. with due respect im here to divert your attention on a very serious matter which our mohalla is facing from long interval of time.. sir we live in alhamra park near qanchi more.. in our mohalla a milkman is living.. he has lot of cows.. he has no sense of handling them.. we are living in very conjusted area.. our streets are full of there garbage.. most of our childs are remain sick whole year with malaria and other deseases just bacause of poor condition of cleanliness in our area... as they are our neighbour we coudnt directly come across them.. whenever some one took action that milkman approaches someone and all in vain.. there is one private primary school just infornt of that milkman's house named al umar model school which is famous in alhamra park... sir plz take action on this critical issue.. we shall be very thankfull to you.. Shahbaz Sharif Chief Minister (Punjab) Lahore Subject: Laptop Scheme for the Cader of Below BPS-16 (University Employees) Respected Sir, The youth is the asset & future of a nation. If opportunities & productive chances are given to them, their energies & potentials will be properly utilized. The key priority of Chief Minister (According to my opinion) is education in general and education of youth in particular. But following points shows the negligence of government for students going to acquire higher education in private and government sector. 1. You are not delivering Laptop to M.Phil student who are in Government Service either they are serving below BPS-16. Government Employees below BPS-16 should be entertained regarding free laptop scheme. 2. Universities are autonomous bodies and due to this these are not considered as government institutions and Public Service Commission as well does not consider the University employees as government servant. 3. Chief Minister should announce the additional qualification allowances which were banned in the 2nd regime of Ms. Benazir Bhutto. 4. All the teachers of Universities & Colleges can afford to purchase laptop but lower staff can not afford owing to their low salaries. 5. If self finance/evening students can be facilitated why not the non teaching staff below BPS-16 could not be. 6. Non teaching staff is the key player in the education sector. Government should handle this cader equally. A discriminative behavior could increase the gap among government and government employees. 7. You have also declared to distribute the laptop in the teaching staff/lecturer on 15-02-2012. Why the non teaching staff are not eligible for that. 8. Non teaching below BPS-16 is aiming to shift themselves from non teaching to teaching faculty but without the help of Chief Minister, deserving individuals can not do this. You are requested to make a policy regarding this or Formulate such a policy (Quota) so that University Employees non teaching staff can be adjusted in the teaching faculty. 9. Non teaching as well as teaching faculty of Secondary and Higher Secondary School are fully involved in government assignments like elections, Polio, Census etc. but they are ignored from government sector regarding laptop. Why ? 10.
